Hi, I’m Kat

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 25 years, and for many of those years, I had the joy of sharing it with others. Through this practice, I’ve learned that yoga is about so much more than postures or appearances—it’s about honouring the body as the wonderfully intelligent, beautifully designed system that it is.

Through menopause, even when my body felt strong, I found my mind struggling. That’s when I discovered face, scalp, neck, and décolletage massage. The way it made me feel—uplifted, calm, and radiant—was so transformative that I became passionate about studying it deeply. Now, I love sharing this experience with other women, helping them feel nurtured, confident, and truly cared for. My sessions are gentle and intentional because I believe gentler is more powerful. Using high-quality organic oils, cleansers, and garments, I work with the fascia and deeper structures to release tension, support natural lift, and restore flow.

In a world that often nudges us toward quick fixes, I invite women to reconnect with their natural beauty through consistent, mindful rituals, patience, and self-care—trusting the body’s innate ability to rebalance and glow gracefully.

When I’m not exploring the wonders of the body, you’ll find me wandering in nature, swimming in the ocean, or meditating. There’s so much more to me than words can capture… the rest, you’ll have to discover when we meet.
